Mr. Sanjiv Vaidya

Mr. Sanjiv Vaidya - the Sole Proprietor of Spark Mantra - is a highly qualified business consultant with over 30 years of professional experience. 

Mr. Vaidya completed his graduation in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech. Hons.) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (IIT-KGP) in 1982 and post graduation in Management (P.G.D.M.) from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C) in the year 1987.

In a career spanning over three decades, Mr. Vaidya has worked across the whole geography of India and also in Middle East. His rich cross-industry experience includes working with illustrious B2B companies such as Godrej & Boyce, Tata-Honeywell, Tektronix Inc. , Haworth Inc. and Forbes & Co. Starting as a Sales & Marketing professional with M/s Godrej and Boyce, Mr. Vaidya later rose to handle complete businesses at a General Manager level. Mr. Vaidya then went on to hold  positions of GM -Tektronix Inc, Sr GM – Tata Honeywell, V.P. – Deccan Cargo & Express Logistics, Regional Sales Director (South Asia) – Haworth Inc. and Director (Shipping & Logistics) – Forbes & Co. 

In 2015 Mr. Vaidya went on to found Spark Mantra, a consulting practice dedicated to igniting and mentoring business transformation in the small and mid-cap sphere. Besides running Spark Mantra as his independent practice, Mr. Vaidya is also a promoting director of Aidias Consulting Pvt Ltd. founded by him along with two of his batch mates from IIM Calcutta back in 2011.
